St Margaret’s Church welcomes you
We have served the community of Queen Charlton and the surrounding areas for centuries
Our services
1st/3rd Sunday in the month Holy Communion at 11.15am
St Margaret’s Church
We meet in a small church (Grade II 12th century) on the edge of Keynsham. Our services offer a more traditional form of worship meeting twice a month. Some people attend both services at the village churches, alternating between us and Burnett.
An ancient church
The Church is the oldest building in the village. The interior contains examples of late Norman work. There is evidence of excellent Early English design (c.1190 - c.1290) on the south side of the Chancel. The tower is Norman and contains a clock, made by William Bilbie of Chew Stoke in the mid 18th century.
