The next women’s breakfast is taking place on Saturday 22nd September in the parish hall starting at 8.30am.
I am delighted to say that International speaker; Sister Frances Dominica, the founder of the first children’s hospice, Helen House, and later a hospice for teenagers, Douglas House, will be coming to talk to us. Come and hear her amazing story of how accusations in 2013 led to police investigations and the hospice trustees banning her from the house she had founded.
Come along and you will receive a warm welcome, enjoy good food and lots of friendly chat! Tickets £4.00 from the parish office or please just let the office know you are coming and pay on day. Ali Cohen (email@example.com)
Women’s Breakfasts are held about three times a year from 8.30-10.30am on a
Saturday morning in St John’s Parish Hall. We meet to enable women to chat
together over a continental style breakfast and be encouraged or informed with
a speaker, talk or activity. The morning is very relaxed, informal and welcoming.
Topics for the talks vary and are publicised in advanced once arranged.
Food and friendly chat guaranteed!
Tickets £4 from the parish office or let the office know you’re coming and pay on the day (0117 986 3354)
